I have this saying: "pride don't get you nowhere." When Chad said you have to kick your back out as much as possible in the smith, that's like already having the back to almost 90˚, so all you have left to rotate is 90˚ plus. Some say that would be cheating. So, if you have too much pride to cheat a trick, it will take you a bit longer to get the hang of it.
